Abivi Coaching & Guidance Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

Peter Davis—Representative of Abivi, a nonprofit organization and Client for providing personalized educational and career coaching support.

1. Purpose of the Coaching Relationship

Abivi offers coaching and mentoring services as part of its mission to help individuals—regardless of their ability to pay—identify meaningful career paths, prepare for college or training programs, and make confident decisions about their future.

Coaching with Abivi is a collaborative, non-clinical process that includes:
– Career exploration and interest assessments
– College selection and admissions guidance
– Scholarship and financial aid advising
– Personal goal-setting and action planning

2. Responsibilities

Abivi Coach (Peter Davis) agrees to:
– Provide coaching in alignment with Abivi’s mission, values, and ethical guidelines
– Offer personalized support based on the client’s goals and interests
– Maintain confidentiality, as outlined in Section 5
– Refer clients to external professionals when needs fall outside Abivi’s scope

Client agrees to:
– Participate actively in the coaching process
– Be responsible for their decisions and actions throughout the journey
– Communicate openly and respectfully with their coach

3. Services & Fees

Coaching may take place via phone, videoconferencing or in person. The standard engagement includes:
– $299 flat fee for testing and a 90-minute results review session
– $75 per hour for additional meetings, resume reviews, or rewrites
– $100 optional donation to support Abivi’s mission


Client will also receive:
– Email support for 30 days (response within 48 hours)
– Access to recommended resources, tools, and resources via Abivi website

4. Scheduling & Cancelations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may result in limited access to future coaching services.

5. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations and shared materials are treated as confidential, with exceptions for legal or safety concerns. De-identified information may be used for coach development and internal reporting.

6. Termination

Either the client or coach may end the coaching relationship at any time. Clients are encouraged to share feedback throughout the process.

7. Hold Harmless

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Abivi and its representatives from any liability or damages arising from participation in coaching. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, legal advice, or medical services.

8. Mediation and Arbitration

In case of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to first pursue mediation, followed—if necessary—by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or equivalent.

9. E-Signature

By checking “I agree” and submitting this form electronically, you agree to the terms of this agreement and affirm your intent to sign this document digitally. This e-signature is legally binding.
