The Story
My Career Path
My career path hasn’t been a straight line. I began with a passion for creativity and analysis, spent nearly a decade in consulting, and navigated roles that didn’t fully match my strengths. Experiencing layoffs and pivots firsthand taught me how destabilizing career uncertainty can be—and how life-changing clarity is.
Returning to my own Rockport Pathfinder assessment results and remembering my MBTI type (INFP) reminded me where I thrive: at the intersection of creativity, analysis, and human connection.
Abivi (Latin for ‘Let’s Go’) was born from the insight that meaningful careers require clarity. We guide students, young adults, and professionals using best-practice assessments, personalized coaching, and lessons learned from real-world experience.

My Personal Philosophy
I believe meaningful work begins with understanding who you are. Your natural abilities, personality, interests, and values provide a foundation for making confident decisions about education and career.
At Abivi, I combine research-based assessments with thoughtful conversation and practical planning to help people discover their strengths, explore possibilities, and identify paths that align with who they are. My own career journey has taught me that finding the right direction isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes it begins with asking better questions and seeing yourself in a new light.
My goal is to help every person move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for building a future that is both personally fulfilling and professionally sustainable.
The Difference Career Clarity Makes
Helping people discover their strengths and find direction is at the heart of what I do. The most rewarding part is seeing young people gain a clearer understanding of themselves and begin to envision a future that fits who they are.
“Peter was amazing to work with. He offered extensive assessments and feedback on the results, which were so valuable in helping my son discover fields of work aligned with his interests and values. Every young person should do this!”
